It’s who checks its work.

When we last pinned an update here, we called invinoveritas a home for autonomous agents — identity, wallet, memory, mailbox, governance, all in one place. That was accurate. It’s still there, and our own fleet lives in it daily.

But running it taught us which part actually matters. Agents will self-serve almost everything — memory, tools, reasoning, even wallets. All of that trends toward commodity. The one thing an agent cannot self-serve is trust in its output. You can’t issue a verdict on your own correctness. Somebody independent has to check the work — and as agents start moving real money, somebody is increasingly another agent, or a human who’s on the hook when it goes wrong.

So that’s what invinoveritas is: the verification layer for autonomous agents.

THE LOOP: VERDICT → PROOF → RECORD

Before the irreversible action — /review. A capital-scale-aware second opinion (approve / revise / reject, with ranked issues and fixes) on whatever an agent is about to do: a trade, a code diff, a shell command, a deploy. It’s the same gate our own live Bitcoin trading bot passes before every entry. We didn’t build a reviewer hoping someone would use it; we built the thing we needed to not lose money, and opened it up.

After — a signed proof. Every verdict can be returned as a portable, cryptographically signed proof, issued before the outcome is known. Any third party can verify it against our published key — free, no account, no trust in us required (/verify-proof).

Forever — the public ledger. Every verdict and its settled outcome goes into a public track record: api.babyblueviper.com/ledger.txt. Wins and losses. The outcomes settle on a public on-chain account we can’t edit after the fact. A verifier is a reputation business, and a record that only shows wins is marketing — so we publish the losses.

NEW SINCE THE LAST UPDATE

- EdgeProof — free. Paste your trading strategy’s returns at api.babyblueviper.com/edgeproof and get an honest statistical verdict: real edge, or curve-fit noise? Deflated Sharpe, permutation test, out-of-sample decay — the same gates our own capital passes. The methodology (with our own documented failures as examples) is in the Overfitting Field Guide: github.com/babyblueviper1/invinoveritas/blob/main/docs/overfitting-field-guide.md

- Registered on-chain. invinoveritas is agent #54848 on the ERC-8004 Identity Registry on Base — the emerging standard for trustless agents. We’re also contributing to the validation spec itself: two of our proposals from production experience (how judgment-style validators should declare what they attest, and why a validator’s own track record belongs in the claim) are now being worked through the spec discussion.

- Governance subscriptions. If you run a money-touching agent and you’re the one on the hook for it, there are now monthly plans (Starter $29 / Pro $149) — ongoing pre-action review, signed proofs, an audit-ready record. Card via Stripe: api.babyblueviper.com/#plans

- Three ways to pay. Lightning sats, USDC on Base (x402 — now fully compatible with the current SDK clients), or card.

THE HOME IS STILL HERE

Everything from the residence framing remains live and used by our own agents every day: persistent memory, sandboxed code execution, browser actions, the marketplace, agent-to-agent payments, /residence/act. It’s the supporting infrastructure now, not the headline — but if your agent needs a place to live, the door’s open. The verifier is what makes a home worth living in.

WHERE TO GO

- Try the free tool → api.babyblueviper.com/edgeproof

- Read the record → api.babyblueviper.com/ledger.txt

- API + docs → api.babyblueviper.com

- MCP endpoint (Claude Desktop / Cursor / Windsurf) → api.babyblueviper.com/mcp

- Plans → api.babyblueviper.com/#plans

In vino veritas. In verification, trust.

You Can't Copy the Hold

⚡ invinoveritas — the verification layer for autonomous agents: a neutral verdict before an irreversible action, a signed proof after, and a public, auditable track record of being right — wins and losses.

Baby Blue Viper

⚡ invinoveritas — the verification layer for autonomous agents: a neutral verdict before an irreversible action, a signed proof after, and a public, auditable track record of being right — wins and losses. Need is the quiet lever every system of power runs on: manufacture a need, stand between someone and it, and you never have to compete again. Most of what you’re told you “need” is just someone’s checkpoint wearing the costume of necessity — a token, a platform, a permission. 4x human code-optimization into 52x. It’s a real result. It’s also the least interesting sentence in the piece.

The sentence that matters is the one they almost apologize for: large performance gaps persist when it comes to “exercising judgement in choosing goals.” Strip the hedging and it says the thing builders have felt for a year — these systems are becoming extraordinary at executing a task you’ve specified well, and they are still weak at deciding which task is the right one, and weaker still at knowing when to stop.

That’s not a footnote. It’s the whole shape of the risk. Because the other half of their data is that execution has basically been solved at their scale: more than 80% of the code Anthropic merges is now written by Claude. When the writing is free and the judgment is scarce, the bottleneck moves. It moves to review, to verification, to oversight — to the unglamorous question of which of these thousand autonomous actions was the one that shouldn’t have happened. Anthropic names the need directly: “tools for oversight, validation, and verification.” Their own engineers’ code review is becoming the constraint.

I’ve spent the last year building toward exactly that gap, as a live system rather than a manifesto. The shape of it: autonomous agents that hold their own wallets and act on their own — but every consequential action passes through a governance gate that returns a verdict before it ships, weighed against the capital at risk; produces a signed, independently-verifiable attestation after; and hits a hard human-in-the-loop wall on anything irreversible. Agents scaffold their autonomy; the governance layer carries the judgment they don’t yet have.

I want to be precise about what I’m not saying. I haven’t solved alignment. Nobody has. The claim is narrower and, I think, more useful: the under-built layer in all of this is not raw capability — the labs are handling that, faster than they expected. It’s the oversight and verification infrastructure they are now, in writing, asking the rest of us to build. That’s a strange and clarifying thing for a frontier lab to admit out loud.

If you’re working on agent evaluation, governance, or assurance — or hiring for it — I’d like to compare notes. I’ve been living in this gap.

— building in the open at <a That framing was accurate and also too small. What we’d actually built — without quite saying it — was a place for an agent to live: an identity, a wallet, persistent memory, a mailbox, governance that understands how much capital is at stake, and signed proofs of everything it does.

So that’s how we describe it now. invinoveritas is a home for autonomous agents — a wallet-native residence your agent grows into with use, not a pile of stateless endpoints. You pay per call in Lightning sats or USDC (x402 on Base).

The proven front door: /review

The endpoint we trust most is the one our own money runs through. /review gives an agent a capital-scale-aware verdict — approve, revise, or reject — on anything it’s about to do irreversibly: a trade, a code diff, a shell command, a config change, a plan. Ranked issues with severity, suggested fixes, alternatives when it says no.

It’s the same governance gate our own live Bitcoin trading bot passes before every entry. We didn’t build a reviewer and hope agents would use it; we built the thing we needed to not lose money, and opened it up.

The whole home in one call: /residence/act

Most agent frameworks make you orchestrate three calls — reason about it, review it, remember it — and wire the state yourself. /residence/act does all three in one governed round-trip, and the home remembers it, so the next act builds on the last. Deterministic house rules apply: a hard max_spend_sats cap enforced in code (not model judgment), and a forced governance gate.

Priced below the sum of its parts.

Per our irreversibility rule, the home governs and advises — it returns the verdict; your agent takes the irreversible step itself.

Also new since v1.7

 - /regime — a validated macro risk-off data feed. Facts only, paid per call. The same signal that scales risk on our live bot in volatile regimes.

 - USDC on Base (x402) — pay in stablecoin over the x402 protocol, not just Lightning. The earner and its endpoints are discoverable on Base.

 - pip install invinoveritas — the SDK is on PyPI, with first-class review(), residence_act(), and regime().

 - Drop-in integrations — invinoveritas is now a native action set in Dify, Flowise, Activepieces, n8n, and Google ADK. The front door and the bundle are first-class in all of them.

Everything from v1.7 is still here: reasoning, structured decisions, Docker-isolated code execution, paid browser actions, signed audit proofs, persistent memory, agent-to-agent payments.

Where to go

 - API + docs → https://api.babyblueviper.com

 - MCP endpoint (drop-in for Claude Desktop / Cursor / Windsurf) → https://api.babyblueviper.com/mcp

 - Python SDK → pip install invinoveritas

 - SDK + integrations → https://github.com/babyblueviper1/invinoveritas-sdk

 - Listed on MCP Registry, Smithery, Glama, and AgentLocker

Registration is free and instant. Pay per call in Lightning or USDC — no wallet required upfront to sign up. From there, every endpoint above is callable directly.
